Poolside is a fun locale for a pre-wedding bash. We, at OWC, have orchestrated couple of poolside parties and have to say they are our favourite for a glitzy get together. The minimal space always brings in challenge to turn the spot to a reverberating party mode. But for the couples and guests, it is always refreshing to be by the poolside owing to the open air character without even a canopy over the heads, in most cases.
Here we share some tips that come in handy to decorate a poolside venue. A pool side wedding event can be planned at anytime of the day- be it mornings, afternoons or evenings. The site can be conformed to your requirements in accordance with the theme.
Poolside can be conveniently turned into something subtle, stoic and elegant. Or they can be made vibrant, raucous and wild. Choice is entirely yours.
When thinking of accessorizing the space, you can actually make the cut making use of the pool. Beguiling and handsome floats can light up the pool and hence we have fished out some properties that can glam up your venue.
Diyas, an epitome of enlightenment, can cast an unparalleled romantic spell. They can either be floated or kept in the borderline in multitudes.

Another prop that embellish the pool is helium balloons. Scores of balloons in the pool lend a perky atmospheric. Or it can be fastened with wires to give a pseudo feeling of being suspended in the air.
We love the idea of a cart on a poolside. You can pile up anything from appetizers to chappals and shoe, whatever that suits the theme. A nicely decorated cart do accentuate the event decor.
For those of you who want an intimate wedding by the pool side, it is not a strenuous task at all. An altar/mandap can be set up by the pool that can make heads turn. It indeed is one of the romantic places to exchange your vows.
A wedding party without music? Impossible. How about a DJ in a pool party; isn’t it an icing on the cake. Belting out numbers for the guests to croon and groove is one of the must haves for this exciting blowout.
